Leaders

  • Nate Gaboriault

“My name is Nate Gaboriault, and I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. Since 2021, I have been involved in organizing and running summer and holiday camps for youth athletes. Currently, I am a trainer at Jacked and Jilled, specializing in working with youth athletes. I love watching the kids grow and gain confidence with each training session. My philosophy when working with youth athletes is: ‘Create the appropriate challenge, and growth is inevitable.’

Prior to moving to Maine in 2024, I worked at a sports performance training facility in Chicago, IL, primarily with hockey players aged 8-18. Additionally, I have experience working with athletes in soccer, basketball, auto racing, gymnastics, fencing, figure skating, and cheerleading. My expertise will make a significant difference when working with your athlete.”

  • Alex Archambault

“I am a lifelong athlete. I grew up playing competitive soccer and lacrosse and continued my love of sport serving as a D1 collegiate mascot. After college, I found a deep love for running, particularly on the trails. In 2021 I suffered an Achilles injury that reintroduced me to the importance of strength training. While I wasn't running, I became obsessed with weight training. Wanting to learn as much as possible, I pursued my NASM personal training certification and passed the exam in 2022. Today, I still love to run but also balance that with strength training, cycling, and yoga. I also have my 200-hour yoga teacher training certification. I love to work with individuals to help them build strength to support the activities they adore.”
